Made by the S&M Lamp Company in Los Angeles from the 1930's. The lens fits in almost all of the S&M Lamp Co lamp heads of so many various styles including Lamp No. 52 and No. 71 and many, many others.

    Description

    This is a real nice yellow fog glass lens for an antique automobile or truck or for a warning light on a fire truck or police patrol car.  Made by the S&M Lamp Company in Los Angeles from the 1930's and marketed as Lens No. 5632. I
    t is 5 5/8-in. in outside diameter and the portion that shows through the bezel is 5 1/4-in in diameter.  It is in perfect condition and the surface is clean, smooth and shining bright.
    The lens fits almost all of the S&M Lamp Co lamp heads of so many various styles including Lamp No. 52 and No. 71 and many, many others.  It is nicely prismed so as to spread the beam out horizontally across the entire road, making it ideal as a warning lamp.  This lens also fits many of the Dietz and Guide lamps, as well.  The glass lens will be carefully packaged.
