Vintage US Government FORESTER Western Fire Equipment DUAL Headlamps

This is the only Forester headlamp I have seen on eBay and even on Google with dual headlamps which makes this rare item even rarer.  This system has not been tested, but it should not be hard nor expensive to make it operational.  Just cleaning it will make a big improvement.  There is no charging plate at the bottom of the container that holds the batteries but I believe the smaller unit which fits at the bottom of the container on the outside is meant to replace the missing charge plate.  In essence, the battery box will provide charge to both headlamps and since the cords are reasonably long it can be worn by two people walking in close proximity.
