    This is a 1976 never fired USS HYMAN G. RICKOVER SSN 709 Zippo Lighter with the box. The Rickover was a submarine powered by a Nuclear Reactor. The lighter is in great condition with one tiny spot on the right side of the lid as you can see in my pictures. It would need fuel and flint to work.
